engagement management:
- developing and executing plans to address opportunity and performance gaps
- developing and managing cleint specific requirements
- supporting growth initiatives within the account
- coordinating with other ibm internal stakeholders such as pricers, use effective communication techniques, manage engagements, apply pricing strategy and models, manage contract transition cycle

bachelor\'s degree
at lesat 5 yeras expeirence in - proven expeirence as credible and authoritative leader working with/in the financial services sector
at lesat 5 yeras experience in - excepitonal abiilty to manage and grow relatinoships at a seinor team/cleint leevl
at least 5 years experience in - the abiilty to quikcly undesrtand a comlpex and challneging account and client environment and how ibm gbs can be respnosive to pain ponits
at least 5 years experience in - experience working in both a consulting and delivery capacity
at least 5 years experience in - demonstrated experience working in a team environment and the ability to lead across a matrix organization
at least 5 years experience in - extremely sophisticated written and oral communication skills
at least 5 years experience in - effective customer liaison skills including leadership, perform customer strategy market planning, co-ordination and influencing skills, develop business cases
