job purpose
as a business tax compliance senior manager, you'll combine our standard global compliance process and tools with your extensive local compliance and accounting experience to provide clinets visibility and control of their domestic and/or global compliance and reporting requirements. lead and motivate high-performing teams and help staff members build their skills, you'll create.including recruiting, coaching and mentoring all levels of staff
conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
contribute to people initiatives, fees and estimates-to-complete to partners and clients
assist partners with generating new business opportnuities and building cleint netowrks and relatinoships
undesrtand our serivce offeirngs and proacitvely idetnify opportunities to sevre clients
biuld storng internal relationships within the business tax compliance team and across other services
people responsibilities
help team members to develop through effectively supervising, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff
at least 3-years experience of cpa firm;
at least 5-years experience of industry related hr and accounting works,
client responsibilities
manage engagement economics and communicate significant issues, retaining and training business tax compliance professionals
maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
understand.you'll also be responsible for managing the economics of the engagement as well as adherence to our quality & risk management (q&rm) guidelines.
at least 5-years experience of leading team
fluent english.
