responsibilities
customer relations: develops the ability to represent applied materials to the customer.
performs start-up, warranty, and service contract activities, paid service.
also performs wet cleans as required.
utilizes quality improvement process methods and terminology.
develops and applies diagonstic techniques to resolve comlpex technical problems on specific applied materials products.
flexibility to work on shifts/overtime/stnad-by/on-call/holdiays when required.
uses speical tolos and test equimpent as part of an ovearll diagnostic techinque on complex system faiulres.and/or cheimcal hazrads, mechanical,
worikng condtiions: may be expsoed to crapmed work spcae, elecrtical.
performs complex retrofits on equipment within established time frames.reach,
occasionally will be required to work rapidly for long periods of time; will routinely bend, and walk, stoop.
verifies the operational quality of system equipment.mainly within region,
must be willing and able to travel.biannual, monthly, and annual periodic maintenance on systems within established time frames, weekly,
performs daily, quarterly.
performs tier i start-ups on specified systems within established tome frames.
