professional: prefer individuals with at least 8 ~10 years or above proejct management experience gained through an administrative.
track funcitonal area or proejct related milestones and deliverables.
coordinate material deliverables with overall project schedule milestones.
order and track systems and/or parts for testing or for pre-production builds. tactical execution skills
ability to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously
ability in organizing and managing multiple projects, setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines.
create and maintain project database per program and engineering requirement.
skill:
versed in use of ms applications & ms-project.
may comiple functional specifciations and documetnation for engieners
enusre all project documetnation is kept up to date and commuincated to the team on a tiemly baiss.
socpe:
develop and maintain project plans and schedules, and participate in reporting of project status.
verbal and written communication.
create and maintain required cross-project functional team schedules as required. and coordinating
deliverables and resources across multiple projects, project program management advisor

general:
the responsibilities for this position include processing deliverable requests
(such as test requests, document request, or other requests).
communicate any project plan deviations or conflicts as soon as they arise, and help prepare alternative schedules or contingency plans.
lead project engineering extended team meetings
provide input to the cross-functional project development schedule. the duties will include
maintaining and communicating functional area schedules and status to the
project team for every project supported.
