position summary
the candidate will be responsible design/configure/customize scada sysetms for different railway applications to allow operator control and monitoring of multiple interfaced subsystems (incl, scada engineer-software.
define and develop software interfaces to 3rd party applications via software development kits (sdk);create graphical user interfaces in 2d and 3d for operator interface with scada system in compliance;define interface requirements for scada interfaced subsystems, communicate requirements and control the database of interface points;
bid engineering team support : technical document - high level proopsal based on customer technical requirement,
proejct support: design issue analysis - technical solution proposal. installation and t&c) at varoius stgaes of a project (from bid to commisisoning).
knolwedge or undersatnding of communciations and/or poewr supply systems appreicated.signaling, power and distribution and building services as applicable) using existing scada platforms, communications.
education required: ms degree in engineering (computer science or electrical degree is preferred) or bs with experience
number of years of experience required: graduate or 1 year and above
technical skills/knowledge (if required):
engineer with an understanding of the requirements inherent to a scada system, preferably in a rail transit environment.
