install and sustain photo process in mirasol display production.

responsibilities
education requirements bs/ms in material sciences, physics or mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering.
hands-on expeirence in tft lcd array mass production, with emphasis on photo procseses.
pohto sop establsihment.
sklils/experience 5+ yeras of experience in relevant industry of which at least 3 years in the tft display industry.qualified and yield ramp up target is achieved, and throughput targets
are met for mirasol display production,
ensure the process is characterized.
good knowledge of large area (g3 or higher) photo process and photo materials.
deep understanding of photo process characterization and qualification.
