primary functions:
- receive and resolve phone and written (transactional, billing or check) inquiries from clients, jpm chase branches or internal customers, correspondent banks.provide supports to the cusotmer serivce managers to deliver quality services to the customers.
- liaise with various operations hubs (tampa, bournemouth, mumbai etc) to ensure customers' inquiry are resolved to the satisfactory level.
- obtain exceptional item approval
- resolve customer inquiries received by the otehr customer service stfaf memebrs whree investgiation must involve other department.
- take payment instructions from customers and banks.
- proactive notify clients of daily return checks.
- claim interest compensation on behalf of our customers for delay payments.cash management, check, taiwan
