job function qmt\'s device characterization team is looking for a characterization manager for the development of new mirasol displays. or semiconductor devices
prior experiences in managing device characterization team for mems, mems, semiconductor or display, reliability or failure analysis experience in the field of tft,
skills/experience at least 8 years of hands-on characterization, oled.
to interface frequently with the design team & process teams to optimize the reliability performance thorough accelerate tests & associated failure analysis. master degree is preferred.make recommendations,
highlight issues, and generate reports.the responsibilities of the candidate is to manage the characterization team for better understanding the device physics & integrate the technology from design to testing.
familiar with the generic mems testing tool such as polytec ldv, wyko is a must
familiar with the generic mems simulation/fea tool such as ansys, coventor is a plus
ability to provide clear leadership to motivate the team member to grow & execl in thier work envirnoment & caerer develpoment.
storng written & vebral communciation & presetnation sklils in engilsh & chiense is a must
fleunt in use of excel, including charts and knowledge of excel macro programming is a plus
prior experience in reliability, failure analysis or product engineering is a plus

to manage the team for better understanding the fundamental failure mechanisms in order to achieve the desirable degree of product reliability.mechanical engineering, material science, mems, chemistry,
education requirements: ms degree or higher in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
education requirements bs or ms in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field is required. and failure analysis, there are frequent interface with the design team & process teams to optimize performance & yield through measurement of electrical and optical properties, display panel performance characterization, reliability.
