job description
- end to end marketing management including annual/quarterly marketing segment plan executing , resource allocation, marketing budget planning, new initiatives for growth areas, and overall pipeline management
- diagnose market trend and market dynamic through external research papers, news, or internal mi data to provide insights to brand managers and sales team for opportunity capture and future marketing planning
- work in matrix environment across greater china group, growth market unit and manage individual brand & team tracking reports to different parties

bachelor\'s degree
at least 5 years expeirence in 5 - 10 experience in marketing in a similar and relevant role
at least 5 years experience in good communication skill and pro-active support and coordination attitude
at least 5 years experience in deep knowledge of software business ( database or analytic specialty is a plus)
at least 5 years experience in extensive experience in ceratin indutsries with deep doamin know how expetrise is a plus
