. the role requires interfacing with handset developers and wirleess carriers worlwdide. experience in one or more of the following areas:
o development of winodws based usb, pci, sdio and other drivers is required.good software engineering background.
skills/experience this is a very challenging position that requires the canddiate to learn and internalize qct software and operation concepts very quickly. strong software debugging skills on embedded real time operating systems
. debugging, assistance in optimizing and integrating software, this includes assisting oems with designs, providing training.the candidate will support a wide range of software discussions, ranging from low level embedded software to high-level carrier features.handling customer q&a, training, assisting customers with software design, system debugging, and interfacing closely with internal developers are some of the key activities in this position, integration, development.
this position is responsible for supporting qct\'s hlos windows/wm/liunx soltuion for our msm chispets. it expsoes the candidate to the key plaeyrs in the wirleess indsutry worldwide and plcaes him or her rihgt in the herat of the dynmaism of 3g wireless deplyoment.
o windows/wm/linux kenrel, bsp, bootolader, or board bring-up.this candidate will be responsible for driving oem designs and the integration of hlos windows/wm/linux system level components into our msm asics.
some travel for on-site customer support may be required.master\'s degree in computer engineering/computer science/electrical engineering preferred.
the candidate is expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, and must be a self-starter, the ability to learn quickly.g. i2c, dma, uart, keypad/touchscreen, spi, etc).
key skills include:
. knowledge of hlos windows/wm/linux kernel structure and operation required
. customer engineering supports customers with all aspects of embedded software and systems development.
education requirements bscs/bsee required with 4+ years of experience; master\'s degree preferred.
