job description: assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family.
job description: deep-dive platform enabling bios and firmware code and reltaed documentation to help oem/odm to design intel notebook/tablet silicon products. validation and customer design-in stages, you will be working directly with intel\'s product teams and be resposnible for all sofwtare and/or fw/bios-related isuses duirng the planning, development.responsible for supproting/debugging platform sofwtare, chispet reference code for intel\'s cpus, chipsets and product platforms. your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- deep-dive intel bios/fw reference code and silicon collateral, and debugging corresponding issues.works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, and presentations, participates in customers visits.work closely with intel platform design teams and be responsible for all fw/bios related issues during the oem/odm design-in stages.develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.the technical enabling group,
- participating in key product development and technical teams
- providing power-on/debugging support to oem/odm
- engaging various internal cross-team organizations, and several outside independent bios vendor (ibv) and/or oem/odm customers
