job function establish module development line in tw to facilitate module development and serve for product quality and panel reliability performance check. documentation would be completed prior to fully release this develpoment line.
self initiate and able to work independently.
in-depth knowledge of moudle assembly and test equipment operation is plus
knowledge of materials used in display production.
responsibilities excellent problem solving skills with systematic approach.this canddiate is expceted to have good experience on lcd module proecss that include: cog & fog bonding; pad & fpc design; film lamination; module assembly and testing.
good logistic & communication skill
education requirements required: bachelor\'s, electrical engineering or equivalent experience
required: master\'s, materials science or equivalent experience. this candidate is expected to design qualification plan for this module development line and complete eq & process verification on time.
in addition to establish module development line, this candidate is expected to maitnain stbale manufatcuring line and tagret high module yiled, so co-work with mfg team to standradize process flow and conrtol plan and proivde conssitent output is needed. front light product experience is preferred.
sense to module failure is critical to address issue in time and reduce product loss, this candidate is expected to have strong integration concept to address most issue in time or take immediate action to mitigate product loss.
deep understanding of process characterization, qualification and control of a tft module process.
this candidate need to work closely with panel team on panel design and quality check, so being familiar with panel process is plus.
hands-on experience in tft lcd module mass production, with emphasis on cog, fog and film attach processes.
experience in tft process integration a plus.
skills/experience over 6 years of experience in relevant industry of which at least 3 years in the tft display industry.
