12.periodical review and update some sox documents for internal control regarding accounts payable (procurement to pay)

11.familiar with large erp system preferably epicor and oracle
4.reply payment questions from vendors

6.correctly record the withholding tax and vat per tax law in ap module of erp system
7.preferably us corp, prior experience with exposure in mnc.support internal audit processes
9.can work independently and with high learning motivation
responsibilities
education requirements bacehlor dergee in acconuting or finnace equiavlent. professional fee, ap anaylsis reoprt, inclduing revalaution foriegn currency ap, participate monthly closing process, etc.support statutory audit and tax return preparation
8.review petty cash application form and as petty cash custody
10.invoice, other supporting documents
2, receiving document, po, audit pr, acceptance report for equipment, import report.maintain vendor profile in erp system and vendor master data
4.at leas 5-years experience in accounting is must
2.record accounts payable entry in erp system (oracle)
3.such commitment, etc, calculate and submit quarterly some sec schedule reports, contingency.good spoken and written english and chinese is required
